摘要:

分析偏振测量原理得到偏振成像偏振度的测量绝对误差。通过偏振测量实验,分别计算了偏振光的真实偏振度和偏振成像的偏振度,求出偏振度的绝对误差,与理论分析结果相符合。检测了实验中使用的偏振成像探测系统的测量精度。

Abstract:

The measurement absolute error for polarization imaging system was obtained by analyzing polarization measurement principle. In the polarization experiment, the real polarization of the polarized light and the polarization of the polarization images were calculated, and the absolute error of polarization was obtained, which is consistent with the theory analysis. The accuracy of the polarization imaging system was detected.
