摘要:

三维荧光光谱法是描述荧光强度同时随激发波长和发射波长变化的关系谱图,能提供更完整的荧光光谱信息。PARAFAC(Parallel factor analysis)算法是对不同荧光物质的光谱进行分离,可以从复杂混合成分的三维荧光光谱数据矩阵中将其各自的特征荧光光谱分解出来。将PARAFAC算法与三维荧光光谱法结合,探究了2组分和4组分荧光光谱严重重叠的菲(PHE)、蒽(ANT)、芘(PY)和荧蒽(FLA)混合芳烃溶液的分离检测方法,得到了良好的测试效果。

Abstract:

Three-dimensional fluorescence spectrometry described the relationship between fluorescence intensity and the wavelength of emission and excitation. More information of fluorescence spectrum can be provided. Characteristic fluorescence spectrum can be obtained by dividing data matrix of three-dimensional fluorescence spectra from complex mixture by PARAFAC model, which can separate the spectrum from different kinds of fluorescence matters. By means of PARAFAC model and three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy, the determination of four components with overlapping spectra is described. It has been tested satisfactorily for the analysis of two binary and a quadruplex mixtures consisting of phenanthrene (PHE), anthracene (ANT), pyrene (PY) and fluoranthrene (FLA).
