Sagnac型干涉成像光谱仪中棱镜偏移量对光谱分辨率影响的讨论

Discussion about the Spectral Resolution of the Sagnac Interference Imaging Spectrometer Caused by Offset of the Sagnac Prism

摘要:

为了进一步提高Sagnac型干涉成像光谱仪的光谱分辨率,对Sagnac型干涉成像光谱仪的基本数学模型进行了分析,重点讨论了Sagnac棱镜偏移量对系统光谱分辨率的影响,根据原理样机的基本结构参数推导出了偏移量的具体数值。假设仪器装调在理想状态,将模拟光谱曲线引进模型进行仿真,结果表明,当棱镜偏移量取该值时,系统光谱分辨率最高可达到2 nm,该结果对Sagnac型干涉成像光谱仪原理样机的结构设计参数以及相关设备的选择具有指导意义。

Abstract:

As to improve the spectral resolution of the Sagnac interference imaging spectrometer, the mathematical model of the system is analyzed. The effect of the offset of the Sagnac prism on the spectral resolution of the system is discussed, and the concrete numerical value of the prism offset is calculated. The simulation experiment is carried out by importing the simulation spectral curve and assuming that it was error free in the instrument installation. The result shows that the spectral resolution can be 2 nm by calculated the offset value, which has the guiding significance for the structure design of the system.
