光学仿真在非分散红外汽车尾气监测系统中的应用

Application of Optical Simulation in Non-Dispersive Infrared Sensing of Vehicle Emissions

摘要:

TracePro软件是一套用于光学系统设计与分析和照明系统设计与分析的光线追迹仿真软件,它是第一套以ACIS solid modeling kernel为基本的光学软体。通过TracePro软件仿真了一个用于非分散红外汽车尾气监测仪的光源准直系统和卡式球面镜收集系统,该系统可以在15 m宽机动车道上对汽车排放尾气中HC,CO和 CO2 污染物质的浓度进行监测。通过TracePro的分析,检查光学设计中存在的缺陷与不足, 再对设计进行调整与修改,为后期的机械设计和装配调节提供参考数据。

Abstract:

TracePro is a ray tracing program for designing and analyzing optical and illumination systems. It is the first optics software based on the industry-standard ACIS solid modeling kernel from Spatia. A light collimating system and a Cassegrain collector with spherical mirrors for non-dispersive infrared sensing of vehicle emissions is simulated by TracePro. This system can be used to monitor density of pollutants such as HC, CO and CO2 emitted by vehicles on road of  15 m width. This optical design is analyzed by TracePro and the design is modified according to the analysis report and reference data for subsequential mechanical design, assembling and adjustment can be provided.
