摘要:

有关大气成分和性质的垂直廓线的观测和资料积累在气候强迫、气候反馈以及有关气候变化研究的许多方面起着关键性作用。关于温室气体、大气气溶胶、水汽、云和温度的大气垂直廓线,目前仍然有许多尚未解决的科学问题;这些问题的解决,对于理解与未来气候变化有关的多种人为和自然因素的作用,以及影响气候变化敏感性的多种复杂的物理过程十分关键。此外,大气垂直结构观测水平的提高对于气候模式的发展也具有重要意义。进一步完善整层大气的高分辨率垂直结构的观测方法在气候变化研究领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:

The key roles of the data about vertical profiles of atmospheric compositions and properties in the global climate change studies are reviewed in the perspective of climate forcings, climate feedbacks, and other aspects of climate studies. Unsettled issues related to the greenhouse gases, atmospheric aerosols, water vapor, clouds, lapse rate, etc., are discussed specifically, exemplifying that the ubiquitous issues about the atmospheric profiles are essential for understanding the anthropogenic and natural factors and physical processes determining the confidence of future climate change prediction. Also discussed are the implications of improving observations of vertical structure of the atmosphere to the modeling and theoretical studies of climate change and their potential applications in the climate change studies.
