FTIR光谱仪数据采集系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Data Acquisition System of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer

摘要:

针对大气监测需要,研制了傅立叶变换红外光谱仪,介绍了数据采集系统的设计实现,在HeNe激光反馈控制系统和高精度数据采集卡的基础上实现了干涉信号等光程差间距采样,编制了数据采集与处理软件。通过实验结果表明,系统光谱分辨率可达到1 cm-1,可满足大气多组分监测的需要。

Abstract:

A Fourier transform infrared spectrometer is developed for atmospheric composition monitoring. The design and implement of the data acquisition system is introduced. It achieves equal interval sampling of interferogram based on the HeNe laser feedback and control system and a high precision digitizer. It also develops a data acquisition and processing software. Experiments results  indicate that the spectrum resolution can up to 1 cm-1. The system is suitable for the monitoring of atmospheric multi-component.
