Abstract:

Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS) is a high sensitivity, high selectivity and fast time response trace gas detection technique. With the features of tunability and narrow linewidth of distributed feedback(DFB) diode laser and by precisely tuning the laser output wavelength to a single isolated absorption line of the gas, TDLAS technique can be utilized to accurately deduce the gas concentration with very high sensitivity. The detection of O2 based on the principle of wavelength modulation spectroscopy(WMS), used a tunable distributed-feedback(DFB) diode laser as optical source, and selected a line of O2 near 760 nm for online gas detection. The characteristic of the second harmonic signal, and the system linear response are mainly analyzed.
