Abstract:

The size distribution and extinction characteristics of sand particles are investigated for three representative sand weathers, light dust , sand blowing and sand storm. The influence of the blowing on number density of sand and dust particles is discussed. And the dust transport characteristics according to results measured by optical particle counter (OPC) and micro pulse lidar(MPL) are analyzed.
